General Terms
This Software was built by Jeremy Marquis (the Software Author) as a commercial product, and is licensed for personal use as-is by you.
Your purchase and use of the Software constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the terms laid out in this Privacy Policy, and your consent to abide and be bound by the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
Information Collection and Use
As you use the Software, you may voluntarily and optionally enter any personal Information, including sensitive data, into the Software. The Software does not collect, require, analyze or otherwise process any such Information without your express voluntary action.
The Software uses this Information exclusively to enable the functionality advertised by the Software. The Software stores this Information in a file on your computer, and does not transmit the Information in any form to any other party, including the Software Author, with the exception of anonymous Usage Data.
In the interest of improving the experience provided by the Software, the Software may collect anonymous Usage Data and periodically securely transmit this Usage Data to servers owned, managed and/or controlled directly by the Software Author. This Usage Data will never include the text content of the Information you have entered into the Software. This Usage Data will never be shared with any third party without your express consent. Prior to any such Usage Data being collected or transmitted, you will be presented with the option to decline to share this Usage Data with the Software Author.
Updates to the Privacy Policy
The Software Author reserves the right to revise, amend or otherwise update the Privacy Policy in the future. Should such an update take place, you agree that the updated version of the Privacy Policy will apply to all versions of the Software published after the date of the amendment. You agree that use of such versions of the Software constitutes your acknowledgment of all relevant updates to the Privacy Policy, as well as your consent to abide and be bound by the updated version of the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
